Tami shares current structures she currently employs to “wrap around” early career educators and previous strategies that didn’t work. She shares out of the box strategies and concrete tools to support early career educators such as her high yield coaching model, the Peer Coaching Academy (empowering teachers to coach other teachers) and even how she has completely revamped the mentoring program.
